Returns and Refunds Policy
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of product delivery, without providing a reason, except where an exception provided by law applies.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Bags and the City within the applicable timeframe, indicating the order number and the products they wish to return.
The product must be returned within the applicable legal deadlines and must be kept and handled with the normal care required to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality. For pre-owned items, normal signs of use already indicated in the product description do not constitute a defect.
Return costs
The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective, non-conforming, or incorrect product.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, Bags and the City will issue a refund using the original payment method, within the timeframes and limits provided by applicable law. The refund may be withheld until the product is received or until proof of shipment is provided.

Shipping Policy
For orders destined for Italy, standard shipping is free.
For orders destined for the European Union, excluding Italy, which is handled separately, a standard shipping fee of €19.99 applies.
Delivery is expected within approximately 3–5 business days from shipment. Times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and circumstances beyond the control of Bags and the City.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate address. Any delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be the responsibility of the customer, within the limits permitted by law.
