These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website https://www.bagsandthecity.it/ and the purchase of products available through our online store.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, BAGS AND THE CITY SRL is the seller of the products offered through the website.
2. Products and Characteristics
Bags and the City offers handbags, accessories, wallets, clutches, shoes, and other luxury fashion items, primarily pre-owned.
Each product is selected and described based on its characteristics, condition, and the information available at the time of sale.
Since many products are pre-owned, each item may show normal signs of use, wear, or characteristics related to its history. Any defects, imperfections, or significant signs of wear are indicated in the product description and/or the corresponding images.
Photographs published on the website are intended to represent the product as accurately as possible. Any color differences resulting from screen settings do not, in themselves, constitute a product defect.
3. Authenticity
Bags and the City pays particular attention to the selection and verification of the items offered for sale.
Information regarding the authenticity, provenance, and characteristics of each product is provided in the relevant product listing when available.
4. Prices
Product prices are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.
Any additional costs, including shipping costs, will be indicated to the customer before the purchase is completed.
Bags and the City reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been completed.
In the event of price reductions, the provisions of applicable law regarding price indications and promotions will apply.
5. Product Availability
Products available on the website are subject to actual availability.
Because Bags and the City also handles pre-owned items and one-of-a-kind pieces, the same product may not become available again once it has been sold.
In the rare event that a purchased product is no longer available due to a technical or administrative error, Bags and the City will promptly notify the customer and refund any amount already paid.
6. Orders and Contract Formation
To place an order, the customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart, and completes the checkout process by following the instructions on the website.
Before completing the order, the customer may review and modify the information entered.
Submitting an order obligates the customer to pay the stated amount.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email at the address provided during the purchase process.
The sales contract is considered concluded in accordance with applicable law and the communications sent by Bags and the City to the customer.
7. Payments
Payments are made using the payment methods made available during checkout.
Payment information may be processed by Shopify and its payment service providers in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.
Bags and the City does not store complete payment card details.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
The applicable shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be indicated to the customer before the order is completed.
Any delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond Bags and the City's control are not directly attributable to the seller, without prejudice to applicable law.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Except where otherwise provided by law, consumers who purchase remotely have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the product, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Bags and the City of their decision within the period required by applicable law.
The product must be returned in accordance with the procedures and deadlines set out in the applicable returns and refunds information.
The customer is responsible for correctly returning the product and, where provided by applicable law, may be required to bear the direct costs of the return.
Bags and the City will issue the refund within the timeframes and according to the procedures required by applicable law, subject to the conditions applicable to the return of the product.
10. Exclusions and Limitations of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases expressly excluded by applicable law.
Any applicable exceptions will be indicated in the relevant information regarding the right of withdrawal and returns.
11. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Products sold to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by applicable law, within the limits and under the conditions established by law.
The legal guarantee covers defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery and also applies to used goods in accordance with the specific provisions of applicable law.
For pre-owned products, the condition, nature, and state of the item are described in the relevant product listing; normal signs of use or characteristics expressly indicated in the description do not, in themselves, constitute a lack of conformity.
